Taking her brother's identity, Adrina becomes a knight and is assigned to guard Duke Julius Casphras Woodpecker — a man cursed as a child to remain trapped in a boy's body. When Julius discovers that kissing Adrina can gradually break his curse, he schemes to keep her by his side. What begins as a forced arrangement slowly becomes something neither of them expected — a story of two cursed people saving each other.
